Account Executive/ Admin Executive
- Proficiency in SQL Accounting.
- Proficiency in UBS Payroll.
- Handle on daily data entries.
- To perform payroll for employees .
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as per required.
Site Supervisor/ Site Coordinator
- Attend project and site meeting.
- Assist and liaise closely with consultants, contractors, clients, site personnel.
- Ensure smooth operation of site activities in accordance to schedule.
- Ensure proper planning and organization of site works, usage of materials, equipments, and manpower.
- Prepare and update of work progress reports and present to project director.
- Timely submittal of progress report.
- Possessed of own transport.
Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive
- Conduct of pre-contract and post-contract activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of site activities in accordance to schedule.
- Prepare and ensure progressive claims and ensure of payment collections.
- Proper planning resources usage for related projects.
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Logistic Delivery / Lorry Coach
- Allocation of furniture and fitting to the related project sites.
- Relocation of raw material, resources from suppliers to factory.
- Outstation (Outside of KL/Selangor) required when there is a need.
- Time punctual and self-responsibility.
- Possessed of GDL license.
